MCA Vias - Social Responsibility Project - Rehabilitation of Historical Heritage, Cultural and Religious


Inserted in the Social Responsibility Program of MCA Group - "Great fruit, large seed" in July 9, 2015, with the blessing of Bishop Luzuzila Kiala took place the inauguration ceremony of the Chapel of St. Anthony Capolo, rehabilitated by the MCA Vias, represented by its
Responsible.

The ceremony was quite cheerful, with the presence of the MCA VIAS’ responsible, who led this project, particularly Eng. Teixeira dos Santos, Chairman of the MCA group in Africa. The Reverend Sun Kiala and Father Carlos, performed the Mass with Chrisms.

By the end of the religious ceremony, Bishop Luzuzila Kiala thanked to MCA Vias, on behalf of all the local population and also on behalf of Kwanza Sul Archdiocese, for the rehabilitation performed to the Chapel. He said that was an unexpected and unique gesture that MCA Vias had when taking the initiative, also stressing the high importance of this chapel for the population, which was not in use due to the advanced degradation state in which it was.

He finished, presenting Eng. Teixeira dos Santos to the population, who in his speech reinforced the concern of MCA Vias in the development of the communities where it operates, knowing that actions such as this help to create cultural and social identity of the region, thus contributing to improving access to religious and moral education of the population.

After the Ceremony a snack for children was served up.
