Human Resources Policy

The groundwork of our human resources policy are based on solidity of a principle which, for us, is perceived as an evidence: all employees, direct and indirect, are active with guaranteed return. That is, people are regarded as basis for a sustainable management, such bases that play key roles, either by dedication or by the ability to confer a degree of excellence to the services provided. Thus, the result is always translated into an efficient business performance.
